Meet your hosts & Facilitators.
Summer is an intuitive embodiment coach devoted to helping women reclaim their power, pleasure and purpose. With years of experience guiding groups, leading ceremonies and 1:1 mentorship. She specializes in shadow work, inner-child healing, and somatic practices. Her approach blends deep emotional work with nervous system regulation, movement and breath, creating lasting transformation, from the inside out. Through her retreats, she walks alongside women as they peel back the layers, grieve past versions of themselves, and rise in clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Empowerment is her love language, and this retreat is your invitation to soften, awaken and embody your next level. Summer is a reiki master teacher and channels & connects directly to source.
Alexis is a manifestation coach, retreat host and self- love guru. She is passionate about helping women change their mindset and foster self- confidence, so that you can get to a level of success you once thought wasn't possible. She is a multi-passionate entrepreneur with five thriving businesses. She loves guiding others to align with their highest frequency while scaling their impact in the real world. When you take time to do the inner-work, while surrounded by endless support from like- minded women, you can succeed at anything your heart desires and claim all that you deserve.
Ashley is a boudoir and empowerment photographer. Her “Soul "purpose is to inspire women to be the best version of themselves. Many women that come to Ashley, have some sort of body dysmorphia or beliefs that they are not beautiful enough.
We are all divine feminine power houses; we harness this energy inside of us and it yearns to be set free. Her goal is to help you step into that power.
She understands that this is a vulnerable space and is here to support you along the way. She makes a sincere effort to create a safe space for you to reach down deep inside and unleash the divine feminine energy and let it show in your empowerment photos.

FAQ
Where do we fly into?
Flights are NOT included in the price of the retreat.
You will book your own flight, into SJO Costa Rica. You will fly into San Jose Costa Rica, we will arrange transportation to the retreat center from there- no stress, no confusion.
Arrival: May 14th, you need to arrive to the airport and be ready for pickup by 1:00 PM, (This means your flight should land around 11Am, if you cannot make it in time, we recommend that you come in a day early and stay at a nearby hotel.)
Departure: May 19th, you will be leaving the retreat center by 10 AM and transportation to the airport is included. Your departing flight should be booked after 4 PM. (This gives enough time for the drive and to check in).
Are there add-ons available?
Yes, we love add-ons! Currently you have the option to add on spa services (massages or facials) in your free time. You will also get the opportunity to book empowerment possessions with Ashley, she is amazing, and we highly recommend that you get to experience a shoot with her. She has offered us exclusive retreat pricing (this will be included in your second email).
Is transportation from the airport included?
Yes, as long as you arrive to the airport and are through customs by 1:00 PM. Your transportation to the retreat center is included. Please note- if your flight is delayed or arrives late for any reason, you'll need to pay for your own transportation.
Do I need to be “healed” or experienced to attend?
Nope, come exactly as you are. This retreat is for all stages of your journey. No matter what stage you are at, you will be held, honored and guided every step of the way.
What do I need to pack and bring?
Once you are booked, you will receive a welcome email, and it will go over all the details of everything that you should bring. no need to overpack.
Is this retreat more relaxing or transformational?
This is a transformational retreat; however, you will have free time and rest. This is more of an initiation, a coming home, a space for you to be and become.
What if I am nervous to come alone?
That is totally okay. Many women attend solo- not knowing anyone and leave with soul sisters for life. We create space where vulnerability is safe, and connection is sacred.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. We offer payment plans to make this experience accessible. Typically, 6 payments (so spread over 6 months or 3 payments spread over 3 months). Please note a small fee is added to payment plans to cover processing and administration. If you'd like to avoid these extension fees, you're welcome to pay in full.)
What will the days look like?
Is there a schedule?
Yes- each day is a curated blend of movement, ceremony, integration time, and connection. We leave space for rest, reflection and magic. A schedule will be shared when you arrive.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Our chef can accommodate most dietary needs. We serve a vegan menu (you will not even miss meat). You will be able to note this after registering and we will make sure you're nourished.
Is this a religious retreat?
No. This is a soul-led space that honors the divine within all of us. Women of all beliefs are welcome. We weave in sacred practices and ceremonies but not tied to any religion. All you need is an open heart and an open mind.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Due to the depth of planning and limited spots, all deposits are non-refundable. If something unexpected arises, we'll work with you to transfer your spot to another retreat.
